Returns Policy
An order may not be cancelled. No exceptions. If you are unsatisfied with any hair you have the right to exchange. You must contact us within 2 days of delivery receipt and confirm that we accept the exchange terms. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. The hair must not be altered in any manner, including washing and conditioning. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Sorry no refunds. Any hair or hair products that are purchased on sale, with a discount/promo code, as a bundle deal, or at a discounted rate may not be exchanged or returned. We are no longer responsible for your package once "acceptance" is granted from USPS. Please email us prior to placing your order if you wish to add insurance.
Shipping
All hair will ship within 1-5 business days. You will receive a USPS tracking number for your order via email. You can expect your hair 2-3 days after it ships. Please note that we are no longer responsible for the package after confirmation that it has been "accepted" by the USPS. You may purchase USPS insurance for your order, please contact us at info@blueallure.com prior to placing your order for confirmation.
